Chest Training Exercises

This chest training exercise is certain to work for all the men out there, just do what I say and you will have a nice big chest to show the ladies! On a serious note to build your chest follow the exercise below:
Close Arm Bench (Elbows should go outward)
3 sets: 12, then 10, then 8
Go from light to heavy; do not wait more than 60 seconds between each set.
Incline Bench
3×12, 10, 8
Flat Bench
3×12, 10, 8
Decline Bench
3×12, 10, 8
Dumbbell flies
3×12, 10, 8
This works all parts of your chest. I do these three times a week, be sure not to over train and stretch before and after each workout.
In about a month you’ll see results, after about two you’ll notice a huge difference. In order to help increase your bench, work your back out. Remember, plenty of protein!
You won’t grow an inch if you don’t have protein.
