Easy Chocolate Pancakes

Here is a great and easy recipe for Sunday mornings or as a dessert!
The equipment you will need: whisk or electric beater, small saucepan, medium mixing bowl, non-stick frying pan.
Ingredients:
8 oz (225g) all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp baking powder
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 oz (60g) bar chocolate (milk or dark)
1 oz (30g) butter
2 eggs
14 oz (400ml) milk
2 Tbsp sugar
Vegetable or sunflower oil for frying
Method:
1. In a medium mixing bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa powder.
2. Melt butter in microwave for 20-30 seconds until liquid.
3. Mix the butter and eggs into the flour mixture.
4. In a small saucepan, heat milk on medium heat.
5. Stir in chocolate squares and keep stirring until completely melted.
6. Cool, then add milk mixture to flour mixture.
7. Whisk or beat with electric mixer until batter is smooth.
8. Preheat a little oil in a frying pan over med-high heat. Do not let the oil smoke!
9. Pour in batter until pancake is size you want.
10. Cook until bubbles appear in the pancake, then flip and cook for about 45 seconds longer.
11. Serve with fruit, ice cream, butterscotch or chocolate sauce, sprinkles, whipped cream, bananas, etc.
