Safe Mode for Vauxhall Corsa CD Player

A step by step guide how to sort out the issue when your cd/radio player has somehow ended up in safe mode, this worked for me for my Vauxhall Corsa. Ther reason why my cd player went to safe mode was my car battery was disconnected and the fuse was taken out and it had gone into SAFE mode and I was not able to put my code in.

The answer to my riddle is below:

Vauxhall Corsa Cd/Radio Player

1) Turn radio off
2) Start engine
3) Press and hold down AS button
4) Turn On radio WHILE holding down the AS button until there is a beep
5) Dial the code using the 1, 2, 3, 4 keys (eg: 1234 would be 1 once, 2 twice, 3 three times and 4 four times)
6) Press and hold AS button for approx 5 seconds

There you have it, your cd/radio player should be working again, hope this is some help to all.
